An implementation of RootsWorkFactory
that creates work packets based on ProcessEdgesWork
for handling roots. The DPE
and the PPE
type parameters correspond to the
DefaultProcessEdge
and the PinningProcessEdges
type members of the GCWorkContext
trait.
